Mountain View CoHousing Community

David Burwen called cyberManor in early 2012 to discuss the home technology infrastructure that he wanted to include in each of the 19 condominiums that Barry Swenson Builder was building for his family and a group of like-minded engineering professionals.   He wanted their CoHousing Community, built in Mountain View, to support the latest home entertainment, comfort, and security technologies and that each homeowner could select from an a la carte menu of items that best suited their needs.

To accomplish that goal cyberManor designed a technology blueprint for the entire building that gave homeowners the ability to customize the high speed internet service and audio/video entertainment solutions for their individual condominium units.
