cyberManor offers a number of service plans that are customized for the needs of your home and the solutions that we have provided. Increasingly, many of these repair services can now be provided remotely since all of your home systems are attached to the network. cyberManor can remotely troubleshoot and diagnose a majority of computer, music, TV, security, or lighting control issues. With remote access services such as LogMeIn and cloud based service portals we can identify and repair many issues without the need to physically come to your home.
In addition cyberManor offers quarterly or semi-annual service plans to make sure that your AV systems are properly calibrated, your smart phone or tablet’s operating systems and applications are up to date, and to give you an overview of technology changes that have recently occurred or are predicted in the near future that will have an impact on the systems that we have installed in your home.
The screen shown to the right gives a clear overview of which AV devices are plugged into an intelligent power strip, giving us wattage readings and allowing us to reboot equipment locally or remotely from smart phones or tablets or an internet browser.
In the near future we will be enabling a password protected Client Login portal to our website allowing clients to:
- Access all their product documentation, including CAD drawings and training documentation
- Learn about software application upgrades pertinent to the products that we have installed
